In addition to the fun office
working environment, BCE employees spend time together
outside the office. Employees are encouraged to have
fun and become not only co-workers, but friends as
well. This formula has aided in a work environment
that builds solid teamwork and an opportunity for
our clients to receive the best consulting product
possible.
Beer:30 and Shuffleboard
Each Friday at 4:30PM, employees gather for the weekly
"Beer Thirty." This is an excellent opportunity
to relax, swap stories about the work week and socialize.
A central feature of "Beer Thirty" is the
office's 25 foot shuffleboard, which provides entertaining
matches for hours on end.
Swan
Lake Retreat Mid-September brings the
annual BCE retreat to Swan Lake, MT. Employees and their
families gather for four days to partake in water sports,
croquet, good food and general relaxation.
Whitewater
Rafting
BCE employees let loose on a summer friday afternoon
once a year to let off some of the daily work tensions
via waterfights and whitewater excitement. The Alberton
Gorge of the Clark Fork river provides the backdrop.
