Billings Chalk on the Walk

On Saturday, September 19, the Downtown Billings Alliance and BCE Structural partnered to bring Chalk on the Walk to downtown Billings!   Members of the public, professional artists, families, and students were invited to create works of art with chalk on the sidewalk of 3^rd Avenue North.  The theme was “Harvest” in celebration of the fall equinox.  BCE’s Brian Rossiter, who is also Chair of the Alliance’s Public Art Committee, sponsored a supply of chalk, which was distributed free of charge upon request to participants.
