The Henessy Building is an icon in downtown Butte, MT and represents the wealth and rise of Butte during the mining boom in the early 1900s. The building is an unreinforced masonry building, and was being looked at as the new headquarters for a large corporation in Montana. BCE provided a structural assessment report and cost estimate to establish a feasibility study for the new use of the building. It still stands as a possible new office building that can be upgraded for modern building codes.
